Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a space to slow down, look inward, and work through the things keeping you stuck. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, struggling with ADHD, working through depression, or navigating a faith transition, I offer a collaborative, non-judgmental environment to do that work.
Sessions are tailored to your goals. Some clients come with a clear presenting concern; others arrive knowing something feels off but are not sure what. Both are welcome.

- Anxiety
Persistent worry, panic, social anxiety, and the ways anxiety can limit your life. Therapy helps you understand the patterns driving your anxiety and build tools to respond differently.
Therapy for anxiety → - ADHD
Understanding your brain, building systems, and reducing shame around how you think and work. ADHD therapy focuses on practical strategies alongside the emotional side of living with ADHD.
ADHD therapy for adults → - Depression
Low mood, loss of interest, exhaustion, and finding a way through the weight of it. Therapy provides both a place to be heard and a path toward re-engagement with your life.
Therapy for depression → - Career Stress & Burnout
The pressure of high-demand work, performance anxiety, chronic overextension, and the burnout that builds when you give more than you have. Therapy helps you recalibrate and reconnect with what you actually want from your work and life.
Therapy for professionals & entrepreneurs → - Faith & Religious Deconstruction
For people navigating a complicated relationship with religion; whether that's questioning beliefs you were raised with, the grief and disorientation of leaving the church, or working through harm from a religious environment. This is a non-judgmental space to make sense of where you've been and figure out what comes next.
